Khandesh region has the primitive tradition of celebrating folk carnivals. People celebrate them enthusiastically in the modern era also. Aboli Pratishthan lends a hand to those who are feeling affinity about traditional festivals. Aboli Pratishthan is a pioneer organised similar of its kind festival considered as a holy & pious carnival among the Khandeshi devotees. It was Aai Ambai Jagran. It is also known as Devi cha Gonshal. On 3 Jan. 2009, more than 1000 people were present in Gondhal festival.
In Jalgaon City of Maharashtra at Tagore Nagar, Behind Jilha Peth Police Station area; Aboli Pratishthan’s Gondhal Festival was arranged. All the devotees were entertained by Gulabrao Radhakisanji Kadam and his co-performers. It was an outstanding performance dedicated to Aai Ambai; Holy Goddess would be fully tranquilised certainly. So spectacular programme it was!
